Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for innovation and efficiency? We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our high-impact team in Valencia, CA. In this role, you'll be at the heart of driving process improvements, designing cutting-edge equipment, and launching new products that shape the future of our production line.


What You'll Do:

  • ?? Engineer smarter workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production and integrate new products.
  • ??? Design & build - Create and maintain custom tooling and production equipment.
  • ?? Lead innovation - Spearhead Lean initiatives, cost-saving strategies, and quality enhancements.
  • ?? Validate & verify - Conduct PFMEAs, validation studies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • ?? Troubleshoot & optimize - Solve equipment issues and initiate timely work orders.
  • ?? Coordinate & connect - Work with suppliers, support material scheduling, and occasionally travel to plants, vendors, or customers.

What You Bring:

  • ?? Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
  • ?? Proficiency in CAD, AutoCAD, CNC, PLM, PLC, Jira, and R.
  • ?? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • ? Six Sigma training is a plus.
  • ?? Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a passion for continuous improvement.
